SS Exhaust Manifold

Restoring these will be a challenge,they had a cast iron finish as far as i can remember. How to create that finish and make it last is the question.
If any one has any idea let me know please.

Here is one of those projects that takes a heap of time. 10hrs + to get this completed.
To get this result takes time and many processes.
Take note of the under side this is wet blast finish flat as a tack and no luster,very average.
This is the starting point for a quality job.
Starting with a general clean then to bead blasting then to wet blast then to a chemical clean.
Looks Top shelf for a 37+year old manifold.
There is NO paint on this manifold, over spray will come later.
